Our CM cooling tower operates on the counterflow principle, delivering efficient cooling for various applications. The tower features full cone nozzles that distribute water evenly over a large fill surface, optimizing heat transfer. As the water cascades down, it forms a thin film and small droplets, ensuring maximum contact with the surface area for effective cooling.

The water then passes through the fill and collects in a durable FRP/RCC basin at the tower’s base. Meanwhile, atmospheric air is drawn in through openings on all sides, moving up through the PVC fill. This upward airflow cools the falling water through evaporation and direct contact. For air inlet heights below one meter, we cover the air inlet with HDG steel mesh or plastic louvers. In cases where the air inlet height exceeds one meter, we ensure unrestricted airflow for efficient cooling.

When it comes to materials, we prioritize corrosion and chemical resistance. That’s why our CM cooling towers exclusively utilize PVC, polypropylene, fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP), and hot-dipped galvanized steel for supports. These materials ensure long-lasting performance and durability in demanding environments.
