FRP Cooling Tower
PM series
Our pultruded FRP cooling towers offer significant advantages to our customers, particularly for highly corrosive applications where the choice is typically between RCC Cooling Towers or Cooling Towers with stainless steel structures. In comparison, our pultruded FRP cooling towers provide several benefits, including faster execution speed than RCC Cooling Towers and more cost-effectiveness than stainless steel structures.
Design Advantage:
- Corrosion Resistance: Our FRP structural products are highly resistant to a broad range of chemicals, making them ideal for corrosive environments.
- Lightweight and High Strength: Pultruded structures are not only lightweight but also possess excellent strength and durability.
- Quick Construction and Installation: Compared to RCC Cooling Towers, our pultruded FRP cooling towers have significantly reduced construction and installation time, saving valuable resources.
Salient Features:
- Pultruded FRP Structural Supports: The structural supports of our cooling towers are made of pultruded FRP, providing excellent strength and corrosion resistance.
- Corrosion-Resistant Hardware: We use MSHDG (Mild Steel Hot Dip Galvanized) hardware that withstands corrosion. Alternatively, stainless steel hardware can be provided upon request.
- Smooth Finish Casing: The casing is also made of pultruded FRP, offering a smooth finish on both sides, enhancing aesthetics and durability.
- Motor Specifications: The motor operates at 1500 RPM, 415V TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled), and is weatherproof. It can be either flange or horizontally foot mounted, with renowned brands such as Siemens or Crompton or equivalent.
- Fan Specifications: Our cooling towers feature an axial flow fan with FRP blades, dynamically or statically balanced. The hub rotates at a speed below 288 RPM, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
