XE Series

The XE Series (Crossflow type) cooling towers operate based on the efficient crossflow principle. Hot water enters the tower through a closed FRP distribution pan, evenly distributing it over the cooling tower PVC fill. Through evaporation and direct contact, the water transfers heat to the air, which is drawn in by an axial fan. The cooled water is then collected in a FRP basin at the tower’s base for recirculation.

To ensure long-lasting performance, we have carefully selected construction materials that offer complete corrosion and chemical resistance. Our towers feature PVC, glassfibre reinforced polyester, and hot dipped galvanized steel components, guaranteeing durability and reliability.

The casing, water distribution system, and air inlet louvers are all made of glassfibre polyester, ensuring longevity and ease of maintenance. The fan unit includes a fan hood made of glassfibre reinforced polyester for smooth airflow, while the axial fan itself is constructed from cast aluminum and directly mounted to a low-speed electrical motor designed for humid environments (IP 55).

Our cooling tower fill consists of PVC sheets that can handle a maximum water temperature of 50 degrees Celsius, providing efficient cooling with low energy costs. The crossflow packing design minimizes pressure drop, contributing to lower energy consumption.

We prioritize noise reduction, and the combination of axial fans, direct driving system, and low pressure drop fill ensures a low noise level for enhanced comfort. The gravity water distribution system reduces the need for pumping, resulting in further energy savings.

The XE Series towers are factory assembled, eliminating the need for on-site assembly and ensuring quality control. Additionally, these towers are designed to fit standard containers for easy transportation, reducing packaging costs for export purposes.
